BOOKINGS & PAYMENT: Full Payment is due at the time of making a booking. At the time of reservation 1 yen will be charged to validate your card. Full Payment will then be manually processed and confirmation will be emailed by 2pm the next business day.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellations outside 60 days of your arrival date will incur a 30% Administration Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of your arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking.
Ski Hire Hakuba takes no liability or responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst at the resort or on the snow fields and recommends all passengers travelling have individual Insurance Policies covering snow related activities.
